This is the best all-around restaurant in Las Vegas.  The only negative thing we can say about it is that it’s not terribly convenient to the Las Vegas Strip. 

The chef came to Las Vegas as the head chef at Emeril Lagasse’s Fish House at MGM Grand. We think this is a case of the pupil exceeding the quality of the master. We’d much rather eat at Rosemary’s than at Emeril’s. The gnocchi in mushroom cream sauce is to die for.  In fact, this is one of those Las Vegas restaurants where the appetizers are as good or better than the entrees. We often omit the entree altogether and just order 3 appetizers.

For the above reasons, Rosemary’s Las Vegas Restaurant is at the top of our list of the best restaurants in Las Vegas, and it’s not even close. If you are the kind of person who appreciates good food, DO NOT MISS Rosemary’s Restaurant on your trip to Las Vegas.
