Tucked away in the back of the property, away from the chaos and noise, is the Grand Spa at the MGM Grand.  And just like everything else about this hotel, the spa is truly grandiose and movie-fantasy. 

Walking into the 29,000 square foot spa is like walking into a Japanese onsen with warm, neutral colors, rock walls and wood accents.  Before your treatment, you are invited to relax and enjoy fresh fruit, snack bars, tea, juice and water in a Zen-like lounge. 

The Grand Spa has more than 20 treatment rooms with treatments ranging from traditional massages, airbrush body bronzing, and body scrubs to exotic specialty treatments like the 2-hour Dreaming Ritual and the Nirvana signature treatment.  The Dreaming Ritual begins with a foot soak followed by exfoliation, body mask, and a scalp treatment with Australian healing elements, followed by an Australian Aboriginal massage. 

The Nirvana signature treatment utilizes Ayurvedic oils with an Abhyanga massage with hot stones, a Shirodara scalp treatment, a cool eye mask, a warm foot wrap, and a copper bowl foot balancing treatment, and over the 75-minutes, customized music plays to give you the ultimate sensory experience.
The Grand Spa offers separate men’s and women’s treatment areas which include steam rooms, saunas, and whirlpools.  The spa also sells fitness clothing and skin-care products so you can take home the Grand Spa experience.  The spa offers a fitness center that overlooks the pool, and is equipped with weight equipment and a complete line of cardio equipment including state-of-the-art treadmills with flat-screen panel TVs built into the consoles.
The Cristophe Salon, located next to the Grand Spa, offers a pool view and manicures, pedicures, makeup applications and hair services to complete your day of pampering.  Going the extra mile, the salon also offers a champagne bar and flat screen TVs.
